Young chef Louis Garrigou takes charge of the Charbonnel restaurant kitchen after assisting Michelin-starred chef Riou for 1 year. His very promising career alongside Vincent Arnould, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, promises you great gustatory discoveries.

Then from June to September: Closed all day Monday and lunchtime Tuesday only.

In partnership with local producers, we offer an original, local menu all year round, made with fresh produce.
Local in its dishes, but also thanks to the artists and craftspeople who work with us. Welcome to our dining room, where Nadège Tricard's lampshade creations, Christel Bories' paintings and Romain Sudret's lamps will light up your evening.

A wide selection of cocktails, classic and local aperitifs.

We offer our guests the opportunity to have a drink on the terrace or in our lobby and enjoy the calm of the river, or the jazzy sound of the lobby.

We serve the "Charbonnel snack" every opening day from 3pm until 6pm.






The bar is open every day from 10am to 11pm

Permanent renewal

We prefer daring, discovery and change to routine, which is why our menu is constantly changing. Every 5 weeks, our Chef prepares a brand new menu, based on fresh, local, seasonal produce.
