More than 120 years of history and passion are what make the Charbonnel house.
Yesterday
It was in 1920 that Madame Roy created the sign which was then called the Grand Hotel. From there was born a reputation of good Périgourdine table, which attracts many walkers from here and elsewhere. It was only later that the name Charbonnel appeared. Thanks to the purchase of the establishment by Marie and Jean Charbonnel. This family business then became famous when the sons Jean-Claude and Bernard took over. A golden age that saw the name of the Charbonnel brothers appear on the front of the establishment as well as the ultimate achievement: the Michelin star.
Nowadays
The family spirit remains and it was in 2018 that the Beltrami family, Sylvie, Michael and their daughter Samantha, took over the establishment with the aim of preserving the Charbonnel spirit.
