In December 2022, we welcomed chef Sébastien Riou, known for his Michelin-starred restaurant in Périgueux. Together, we are working to offer a unique gastronomic experience, with personalized menus and bold flavor combinations. Chef Riou is passionate and talented, making the most of local produce and offering creative, well-balanced cuisine.
Our mission is to provide you with a refined and memorable culinary experience, and we are more than happy that Mr. Faus felt this way during his stay in our home.
