Young chef from Périgord in the kitchen!
Louis Garrigou already had a solid background when he joined Charbonnel in March 2022. Originally from the Dordogne region, the 27-year-old had spent three years working alongside Vincent Arnould, chef of the Michelin-starred Le Vieux Logis restaurant in Trémolat. He then took charge of a Nikkei restaurant, a fusion of Peruvian and Japanese cuisine.
